The special combination of thread diameter and weave pattern produces a versatile mesh tube which is strong enough to be packed hard with bait and to withstand the forces of distance casting. This ultra fine weave retains tiny pellets, boilie crumb and maggots and results in less bulky knots which dissolve more easily.
The mesh provides a controlled meltdown which is sufficient to get the bait to the bottom in deep water yet disperse completely without residue within 1 to 4 minutes dependent on water temperature.
However the use of oil based additives & liquid flavourings can partly coat or soak into the mesh slowing down the rate of meltdown and dispersal.
