Premier Angling sells fishing tackle both in store and online , catering for general coarse fishing , match fishing , sea fishing , game fishing and specialises in supplying all the top brands for the Carp, Barbel and Pike fishing. We are a family run business based in Chippenham , Wiltshire - established in 2002. More recently we have made a conscious effort to cater for those anglers that target barbel, carp and pike or those that want to fish the Bristol Avon local to the shop.
The web site although supporting the shop itself with general information, its main task is to help promote the 'Specialist' side of the sport and fishing locally. The site will enable anglers to use local river information - River Diary and weather reports. To purchase good quality affordable fishing tackle and equipment on-line through our extensively stocked shop and to spot and take advantage of our latest special offers. We hope to generate an extensive library of 'Hints & Tips' to help any angler that wants to learn more about their sport - we have enlisted the help of John Claridge who works with us as our Carp expert and we are also fortunate enough to have Martin Bowler of Angling Times fame help us with the Hints & Tips ( SUMMER 2009) . We have again been fortunate that Peter Drennan has allowed us to use their rig pictures.
Last but not least we will also take the opportunity to display some of the features that we have been able to take part in that have been published.
This site is still under construction and will be for a long time come as we display more and more stock , build up the Hints & Tips library and hopefully add more features !
