Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payments - Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo and all you have to do to complete the payment transaction there and then is select WORLDPAY - the secure way to pay.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
However, should you wish to order from us other than using our on-line ordering facility - telephone, snail mail ( enclosing a cheque made payable to Premier Angling ) or e-mail an order to us you may - we accept Visa , Mastercard , Switch , Solo and American Express.

Shipping And Handling: FREE DELIVERY if value of order greater than £50.00
For parcels upto a maximum weight of 30 Kgs - West Coast Express Ltd & Fastway will deliver your goods..
Two Day Service - £3.95 per parcel in each consignment Next Day Service - £6.50 per parcel in each consignment (Order received by Midday please)
The above carriage charges only apply to England, Wales & Scotland ( excluding Highlands & Islands )
'Next Day' delivery - orders need to be received by midday at the latest please. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be despatched until Monday a.m.

All parcels should arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

| Delivery Schedule: We will pack your purchased items as soon as we receive your order - please refer to 'Shipping + Handling' for further details on delivery. We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 5 working days depending on the carriage choice. |

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy: All returns will be dealt with by our experienced team. Faulty goods will be exchanged/replaced upon satisfactory inspection. All items used and found to be faulty will be inspected and if a satisfactory outcome between Premier Angling and the buyer is not achieved the goods will be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection. If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in any way, within seven working days. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded.
